General
Policies
An applicant to be an 18PlusCard
Webmaster must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit proof
upon request.
An 18PlusCard Webmaster ID may
not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The posting,
publication, transfer, assignment, sharing or dissemination of an 18PlusCard
Webmaster ID or any other 18PlusCard ID is strictly prohibited.
Fraud, illegal activities, unfair or deceptive
trade practices or violation of the 18PlusCard Policies will result
in immediate termination of your account. The Webmaster will lose all
rights to any payments what so ever
No commissions will be paid on fraudulent
transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
Any unlawful activities or activities that,
within the sole and absolute discretion of 18PlusCard, may
be or are harmful to its reputation, image, goodwill (including but
not limited to inappropriate usenet postings or spamming) will result
in immediate termination.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
illegal content (includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, and
bestiality), defecation in any form.
A Webmaster ID will be validated only to
gain access to the 18PlusCard Webmaster's Lounge.
A 18PlusCard site is granted a limited
use license to use and display the 18PlusCard SearchEngine Script. This
script cannot be modified in any way without the express authorization
of 18PlusCard.
Violation of the 18PlusCard
limited use license of trademarks and copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Use of 18PlusCard/ACPartnertm
trademarks and copyrighted materials to obtain any personal information
of an 18PlusCard customer is strictly prohibited.
Any failure or delay in enforcement of
the General policies by 18PlusCard shall not be deemed a
waiver or modification of any terms hereof.
Interpretation, modification, termination
and enforcement of these General policies shall, at all times, be within
the sole and absolute discretion and control of 18PlusCard.
By submitting an application to become
an 18PlusCard Webmaster, the applicant agrees to be bound by these General
Policies which shall be construed under the Dutch Laws. Jurisdiction
and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in Rotterdam, the
Netherlands.
Each 18PlusCard Webmaster shall
indemnify and hold 18PlusCard harmless from any and all liabilities,
claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as
a result of the Webmaster's activities.
ACPartner is the registered trademark of
Marossa.; all rights and benefits, including but not limited to the
indemnity provisions, shall inure to the benefit of Marossa., its officers,
directors, shareholders, employees and agents.
By submitting an application to become
an 18PlusCard Webmaster, the services provided by 18PlusCard
include certain communications from 18PlusCard, such as service
announcements and administrative messages via email or postal mail.
Any site using a paysite from the AdultCashPartner™
family will remain eligible for 18PlusCard SearchEngine status
so long as the other requirements are met.
